[RETURN] CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED?
Yes, we allow returns for items purchased within 30 days. The item must meet the following requirements:
1. Proof of purchase within 30 days
2. Item is unopened and not damaged (manufacturer sealed)
Clearance items in the Sale collection are final and cannot be returned.

[RETURN] HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To return an item, please follow the instructions provided:
1. Email brookslin@blynenterprises.com with the subject line "Return for order #" (replace # with the order number).
2. Please attach picture proof that the item is unopened and not damaged in the email.
3. Once we confirm the request, place the item in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
4. When we receive the item and confirm that it adheres to our return policy, we will issue you a refund for the item.

When we receive the item and confirm that it adheres to our return policy, we will issue you a refund for the item. Please allow around 3-5 days for the refund to show up, depending on the method of payment.

[RETURN] CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer replacements.
