[SHIPPING] How much is shipping?

We offer FREE shipping for all domestic US orders, including Hawaii, Alaska, and all US territories.

[SHIPPING] When will my order ship?

Unless otherwise stated, we will ship out your full order when all products in the order have arrived. Please let us know if you have any issues with your shipping address.


[SHIPPING] How do I track my order?

All orders shipped out will have a tracking number. The tracking number is automatically emailed to you; please allow around 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be updated.

[SHIPPING] The tracking number shows that the item arrived today, but I do not see it?

There may be a few reasons for this:

1. Sometimes shipping carriers prematurely mark an item as shipped before it is actually shipped. Please allow up to 1 day for it to arrive, and if it does not, you may file a missing items report with the respective carrier.

2. A friend or family member may have picked up the item and brought it in.

3. The package may have been delivered at a neighbor's house. Please allow up to 1 day for it to arrive, and if it does not, you may file a missing items report with the respective carrier.
