GodHand Blade One Nipper GH-PN-120 Sturdy Durable Single-Edge Non-Slip Grip Model Nipper for Plastic Models

Sturdier and much easier-to-use than Ultimate Nipper!

The GodHand Blade One Nipper is an entry-level single-blade nipper, making it great for beginners. It has a thicker blade than the Ultimate Nipper, resulting in a slightly pressed cutting surface on the cutting board side, but it is sturdier due to the thickness of the blade.

While the SPN-120 is ideal for flush cuts, the PN-120 is a workhorse nipper, able to easily cut through thick plastic without damaging the blades or putting any strain on them.

The blades, made out of an iron-carbon alloy, are highly resistant and sport a single edge like other high-end nippers, ensuring the cut is smooth on the most commonly used materials in plastic modeling such as PS, PP, and ABS. Furthermore, they're resistant enough to cut through transparent and semi-transparent PS of up to 2mm in diameter.

The blade stopper situated by the grip prevents the blade from crashing down on the blunt edge, extending its lifespan while the pin above prevents excessive opening of the blades.

The single-edged blade structure offers superior sharpness for clean cutting. The blade angle is adjusted to make the blade more durable than that of the Ultimate Nipper. While Ultimate Nipper can cut transparent plastic up to 1 mm in diameter, Blade One Nipper can cut transparent plastic up to 2 mm in diameter.

The cut comfort is slightly heavier than Ultimate Nipper, but there is almost no difference in the cut surface in slice cutting.

A synthetic leather cap for storing and protecting nipper-cutting edges is included.

Cutting Capacity

• Target materials: Plastic (PS resin, PP resin, ABS resin, PE resin) only
• Cutting capacity: Materials of < 3 mm diameter. However, transparent and translucent PS resins are limited to < 2 mm diameter for hardness.
  

Please note: These nippers are designed for the precision cutting of fine plastic components only. Cutting thicker plastic pieces/sprue frames or other materials such as pewter will cause damage to the nippers.
